EasLogical is a service of TriLogical LLC. We help property owners across Dallas and nearby communities plan grading, concrete, demolition and haul-off around the conditions at their site.
When you contact EasLogical, the first conversation is about what you want to change, what must remain and how the space needs to work. At the onsite consultation, we review measurements, access, existing surfaces and the issues that could affect the scope. We arrange the visit directly with you and confirm who will attend when scheduling.
Know the plan before you commit.
Put the scope in writing
The bid identifies the work you are accepting. Removal, preparation, materials, disposal and project-specific exclusions should be clear. Ask about anything you do not understand before approving it.
Resolve changes directly
Required approvals and utility arrangements come before affected work. If the proposed work changes, confirm the revised scope and cost directly before authorizing it.
After the onsite visit, accept your written bid and pay a 40% deposit to book the job. We confirm the schedule with you. The remaining 60% is due when the job is completed.
For us, straightforward conversations mean discussing limits as well as possibilities: grading is not an engineered drainage design, not every material can be hauled, and a website request is not a booked job.
