FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A clear start to your project.
Practical answers about the work, your onsite estimate, and booking your job.
What can I prepare before the onsite visit?
Have approximate dimensions, information about the existing surface, and any known access restrictions ready. Point out the features that should remain and the work you want to discuss.
Estimates & booking
Is EasLogical insured?
Yes, EasLogical is insured. Ask us about coverage for your project during the onsite consultation.
Can I get a final price online?
Every final bid requires an onsite consultation. We are not displaying service rates online. Share your project details to arrange a visit so the written bid reflects the actual site and agreed work.
When do I pay the deposit and remaining balance?
First, we visit your property and provide a written bid. If you accept the bid and want to book the job, a 40% deposit of the accepted bid total is required. The remaining 60% is due when the job is completed. EasLogical provides a project-specific Square invoice after your approval. Submitting an inquiry does not require payment or reserve a work date; we confirm the schedule with you.
Does submitting the form book my consultation or job?
No. We contact you to arrange the onsite consultation and confirm availability. Booking the work comes later, after you accept the written bid, pay the 40% deposit, and confirm a schedule with EasLogical.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Garland, Irving, Addison, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Mesquite, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington. Share your project ZIP code so we can confirm availability for your address and scope.
Can I combine services in one project?
Yes. Choose your main service and describe any additional work. Grading, concrete, demolition, and haul-off can be reviewed together during your onsite consultation.
Are permits and disposal included in my bid?
These depend on the work and location. The written bid will identify included disposal, permit coordination, and any responsibilities or exclusions. We confirm those details before you approve the job.
Land grading
What does land grading do?
Grading reshapes the ground to the elevations and slopes a project needs. It can prepare an area for concrete or improve uneven ground. We review your intended use, existing elevations, and access before defining the work.
Can grading help with standing water in my yard?
It can help when the surface slope is part of the problem. The right approach also depends on where water enters the area and where it can drain. We review those conditions onsite before recommending a scope. Some sites need drainage work or engineering beyond grading alone.
What should I show you at the grading consultation?
Point out low spots, pooling after rain, existing drains, irrigation, and areas you want to protect. Photos taken after rainfall can help explain the problem. Tell us about gates and equipment access. Utility locating and any required approvals must be addressed before digging begins.
Do you prepare land for landscaping with heavy equipment?
Yes. EasLogical provides grading and site preparation for landscaping with operated equipment in Dallas and surrounding communities. We review elevations, soil movement, equipment access and features to protect onsite. This covers preparing the ground; landscape installation, lawn maintenance and equipment rental are not part of the advertised service. Utility locating, approvals and any separate drainage or engineering needs must be addressed before digging.
Concrete
What concrete projects can I request?
You can request a driveway, patio, walkway, slab, or concrete replacement. Share the approximate dimensions and how the area will be used. We confirm preparation, thickness, reinforcement, finish, and any structural requirements in the written scope after the onsite visit.
When can I walk or drive on new concrete?
Concrete needs time to gain strength even after the surface looks dry. Walking and vehicle use have different requirements, and timing depends on the mix, weather, and project. We will confirm care and return-to-use instructions for your installation; wait for that guidance before parking or placing heavy items on it.
Can you remove old concrete as part of the project?
Yes, removal and haul-off can be discussed with the new concrete work. We review the existing surface, access, and debris volume onsite. The written bid will say whether demolition, disposal, and base preparation are included.
Can rain or heat affect the concrete schedule?
Yes. Rain, temperature, and drying conditions can affect placement and curing. We review the forecast and site conditions when confirming the work schedule and communicate any adjustments needed for your project.
Trash haul-off
What can I request for trash haul-off?
Tell us about unwanted materials, property cleanup debris, or debris from your construction project. Describe the items and approximate quantity. We confirm which materials we can accept, loading access, and disposal needs during the onsite consultation.
Can you haul heavy debris such as concrete or brick?
Heavy debris needs a separate review because its weight affects equipment, loading, and disposal. Tell us what the material is and roughly how much you have. Acceptance and the haul-off scope must be confirmed in your written bid.
Do you haul hazardous waste?
EasLogical does not haul hazardous waste: chemicals, fuels, oils, wet paint or solvents, pesticides, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, propane or pressurized tanks, asbestos or suspected asbestos, medical waste or sharps, explosives, ammunition, radioactive materials, or unidentified liquids and sealed drums. Keep these materials out of the debris pile.
Can you take tires, appliances, electronics, or roofing shingles?
Tell us about tires, refrigerators or air conditioners, electronics, roofing shingles, and heavy debris such as concrete, brick, dirt or rock before booking. These may need a separate facility, preparation, or extra disposal fees. Acceptance is confirmed in your written onsite bid; listing an item here does not mean we can haul it.
Are there additional dump or disposal fees?
Disposal costs depend on the receiving facility, material, weight and number of loads. Minimum charges, tire or shingle surcharges, and special handling may apply. Your written bid will identify included disposal and any additional charges before you choose to book. No dump fees or deposits are collected with an online inquiry.
How should I prepare for a haul-off visit?
Identify what should go and what must stay, and keep the agreed loading route clear. Tell us about stairs, narrow gates, parking restrictions, or heavy items. Do not move anything unsafe yourself; we will discuss handling and access during the consultation.
Demolition
What happens before demolition starts?
We inspect what is being removed, nearby features that must stay, access, and debris needs. Utility disconnections, applicable approvals, and any specialist assessment must be resolved before affected work begins. Your written bid defines the agreed removal work.
Is demolition debris removal included?
It is included only when stated in the accepted bid. We can discuss demolition and haul-off together at the onsite consultation, including the material type, quantity, loading, and disposal arrangements.
