Service Terms

A clear scope and an onsite review come before a final bid.

Before work begins

Confirm the project-specific scope, final bid, schedule, and payment arrangements in writing. Sending a website inquiry does not commit you to a project.

1. Consultation requests and estimates

The website is a way to discuss land grading, concrete, demolition, and trash haul-off. An onsite consultation is required before a final bid. No prices are displayed online at this stage. A website inquiry or preliminary conversation does not authorize work, confirm an appointment, or create a payment obligation.

2. Written project scope

Before work is authorized, the project-specific written proposal should identify the work, materials, exclusions, price, scheduling arrangements, and applicable payment terms. Only work included in the accepted scope is authorized. These website terms do not replace the project-specific agreement.

3. Site information and access

Provide accurate information about the project area, property access, and known conditions. Identify utilities, restricted areas, occupied spaces, and features that must remain undisturbed. Arrange sensitive access information directly with EasLogical rather than submitting codes through a website form.

4. Permits, utilities, and project requirements

Permit coordination, utility locating or disconnection, engineering, disposal requirements, and any specialist work must be addressed as applicable to the project. Responsibilities and included charges should be clear in the written proposal before the affected work begins.

5. Conditions and scope changes

Hidden conditions, different quantities, unsuitable access, or changes you request may affect the proposed scope, price, or timing. Material changes should be discussed and approved in writing before additional work proceeds.

6. Scheduling and weather

A requested date is a preference until EasLogical confirms it. Construction timing may depend on site readiness, weather, materials, and project requirements. Contact EasLogical promptly if you need to reschedule so the next steps can be discussed.

7. Payment and cancellation arrangements

This website currently collects no payment. Deposits, progress payments, final payment, payment methods, and cancellation or refund provisions must be stated in the project-specific proposal before approval. This page does not establish a deposit amount or a cancellation fee. Never enter payment-card details in the inquiry form.

8. Materials and safety

Accepted materials and haul-off quantities are confirmed as part of the scope. Ordinary inquiries do not include hazardous waste, asbestos abatement, specialized remediation, or other regulated work. Unsafe or unidentified conditions must be assessed before affected work proceeds.

9. Project questions and concerns

Contact EasLogical directly with questions about the bid or a concern about agreed work. Provide the project address and a description so the matter can be reviewed. Any project warranty or remedy should be specified in the written agreement; this website does not state a blanket construction warranty.

10. Website content and privacy

Service descriptions introduce the work available for discussion. Illustrative website imagery is not a portfolio of completed EasLogical projects. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. These website terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Read our Privacy Policy.
